Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and independent Full-Stack Developer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance multiple SaaS products and web applications.

Our portfolio includes a mobile deep linking and attribution platform, a supplier invoice verification platform, a UK virtual phone numbers service, a telecom platform, and a car marketplace. Some products are already live, while others are nearing launch.

You will take ownership of these applications, handle production issues, implement new features, manage deployments, and ensure the systems remain secure, stable, and reliable.

We use Claude Code extensively in our development workflow. Strong practical experience with Claude Code is mandatory. However, you must also have solid programming fundamentals, the ability to review AI-generated code critically, and the confidence to debug and solve problems independently.

This role offers significant technical ownership, autonomy, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve multiple live and upcoming SaaS products.
• Develop and implement features using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases, schemas, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues using application logs, server logs, and debugging tools.
• Manage Linux servers, systemd services, reverse proxies, and TLS certificates.
• Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, failed builds, and release management.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, Cloudflare, and related infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain Stripe integrations, including webhook processing.
• Write meaningful automated tests and follow a test-first development approach.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate development, generate tests, understand unfamiliar code, and manage multi-file changes.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Maintain technical documentation and record important changes and operational procedures.
• Identify potential risks early and communicate technical decisions in clear, non-technical language.
• Take ownership of production incidents and work toward reliable, long-term solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with the following:

• TypeScript and Node.js: Strong programming fundamentals and practical application development experience.
• PostgreSQL: Database schema design, migrations, query optimization, and performance troubleshooting.
• Linux Server Administration: systemd, reverse proxies, TLS/SSL certificates, server configuration, and log analysis.
• Git and CI/CD: Version control, deployment workflows, and diagnosing failed builds.
• DNS and Cloudflare: DNS configuration, domain management, and troubleshooting.
• Stripe: Payment integration, webhook handling, and troubleshooting payment-related issues.
• Production Debugging: Real-world experience investigating and resolving live application or server issues.
• Automated Testing: Ability to write meaningful tests that can detect actual failures.
• Claude Code: Practical experience using Claude Code for development, debugging, testing, code analysis, and multi-file changes.

Good to Have

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

• React and modern frontend development.
• iOS Universal Links and Android App Links.
• Google Play Install Referrer and mobile attribution.
• Backup restoration and disaster recovery procedures.
• SIP, VoIP, and telecom infrastructure.
• WireGuard and secure networking.

• Understand that production access comes with significant responsibility.
• Be able to explain complex technical issues in simple, understandable language.

Work Location and Relocation Requirements

The position is fully remote for the first six months.

After completing the initial six-month period, relocation to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is mandatory. The role will then transition to a full-time, work-from-office position.

Candidates currently residing outside Chennai or Tamil Nadu are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate and work from the Chennai office after six months.
